As long as you makeup classes before the end of the semester and don't exceed the maximum allowed six makeups, you'll be good. You aren't allowed to have more than 4 absences. Talk to me if you have any concerns.
The main purpose of attending class is to get the information that will be key in getting the results you want from your workouts. All it takes is learning one thing that you didn’t know to make all the difference. For your benefit, I don’t want you to miss that one thing. It’s also important to get in a workout.
In life, you won't usually have a chance to makeup what you miss. It's hard to makeup missed work, it's hard to makeup for poor nutrition, it's hard to makeup for poor sleep, it's hard to workout after missing a workout.
I don't intend for makeups to be hard in the class, but attending class is still easier than making up a class.
Here’s how you can makeup a class:
Complete both of the following:
- Review the lesson you missed online, take notes, show me your notes, and I’ll quiz you on it to make sure you understand it.
- Create a workout for each class you missed or show me your workout log for the week.
- Attend another class, preferably one covering the lesson you missed. See the Course Home for the schedule.
