Course Overview

Time: Friday’s 7 am and Saturday's 9am.
Term: Starts 1/8/16 and ends 4/22/16. This will be the ONLY time Strength School is offered in New York City.

Learn strength training that will build lean muscle, burn fat faster, and improve how you look, feel, and perform. Whether you are an experienced lifter or have never touched a weight in your life, you’ll learn skills and techniques to take your fitness to an advanced level. Every workout you’ll improve by learning and applying something new. In addition to small group coaching, you’ll be provided a plan to ensure maximum results.

Lessons

The primary tool of Strength School is the Barbell. Over the duration of the course, you’ll learn to Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Front Squat. Other lessons include Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Mobility, Form, Movement, Recovery, Planning, and more. These are lessons to last a lifetime.
