What is an in-home personal trainer?

This is 1-on-1 or small group training at your home, office, hotel or at the park. You’ll receive the same attention you would in a gym or studio.

Where can I train?

  • Your apartment or home
  • Your apartment building, hotel or office gym.
  • Outdoors in parks, yards, etc.
  • Some gyms also allow independent trainers

Do I need to own or bring any equipment?

No! We provide all of the equipment necessary to train. We can also use your equipment or provide recommendations for outfitting your own gym. Equipment includes barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers, medicine balls, and more.

Will I get the same workout as I would in a gym?

Absolutely, we even workout in our homes. There’s the added benefit of training in complete privacy, without having to share equipment or space with anyone else.

How much space do I need?

Any space big enough for two people to stand in will do. Living rooms, yards, garages or driveways make for excellent training spaces.

Can I train with a partner or friends?

Yes! The rate for partner training (two people) is 1.5x the trainer's normal rate. For groups of three to six people, the rate is 2x the normal rate.

What are the credentials of each trainer?

Our trainers are certified and insured fitness professionals. Opus is an independent third party, verifies the identification, certifications, insurance coverage, and criminal history. See our coaches bio's.
