My Magic Bag

The Takeaway: The tools I use to improve mobility, reduce soreness, recover faster, and deal with injuries, all inside a convenient travel bag.
My favorite recovery tools fit in one bag
Pain, soreness, tension, tightness. We all experience them, but a few magical tools I use on myself and my athletes can make them disappear (or at least feel better). Here’s what I use and what it’s for:
Travel-Size Foam Roller: Total body DIY massage, especially for the hips and back.
Mini Massage Stick: Quick and easy rolling on the legs, calves, shins, and forearms.
Resistance Band: Shoulders, rotator cuff, core rotation.
Flexbar: Elbows, wrists, hands, and forearms. Use it before playing any throwing or swinging sport.
Massage Balls: Precision in areas like muscle knots, inner calf and shin, arms, hands, feet, and face.
Hip Bands: Knees, inner and outer thighs, hip rotators, and hip flexors. All muscles that support the hip and knee joints.
Mini Massage Gun: A tiny feel-good jackhammer. Does fast work to wake up the muscles.
Drawstring Bag: For traveling with everything above. Don’t leave home without it.
