The 8-Week Warrior Challenge Program introduces new students to the Training for Warriors system and our adult fitness program. By the end of the program, you'll have a stronger body, a new mindset, and implemented habits to make fitness fit your lifestyle.
- 24 Classes with progressive workouts appropriate for each person

NEXT PROGRAM BEGINS
TFW BEGINNER CLASS SCHEDULE
During your 8-Week transformation, you'll follow a 3x/week schedule designed to introduce you to the TFW system in a way that allows you to retain new information and gives sufficient time for your body to adapt to new stimulations. After your 8 week graduation, you'll be able to take any TFW class.
