Instructions

1. Download the app: TrainHeroic. It is free! There is a paid version, but you do not need to upgrade.
2. You may also receive an email with your login and instructions to download the TrainHeroic app. ***Be sure to check your junk mail.*** (from dustin@modernathletics.com).
3. Your program calendar will be empty while we build your program. Your coach will notify you when your program is ready. Programs start on Monday or the day you specify. If you signed up after Friday, your program may not be ready for the upcoming week.
