The Mission
We don’t want to spend too much time talking about Modern Athletics...I mean, we do, buuuuut it’s important to know our philosophies because they drive all that we do.
Everything we do is to create an outcome that improves your quality of life.
Strength training is our primary vessel for delivering this outcome. Simply put, more strength = more muscle = more calories burned = less body fat.
It’s not the only thing we provide or that you can do, but it is the gateway for everything we teach. You’ll learn more about why strength training benefits everyone in later lessons.
Objectives
