The Training For Warriors system is a fitness program originally created for some of the best combat athletes in the world more than 15 years ago. But over that time, it was recognized that the training methods of the TFW system can benefit anyone looking to lose fat, build muscle and feel good. Now with 200 affiliate locations in 30 countries, tens of thousands of people per day are using the TFW system to bring their fitness to another level.
TRX Functional Strength

TRX Functional Strength is an hour long class that offers varying levels of intensity while focusing on strength and movement centering around the core muscles. Each class covers detailed warmups, proper form, mobility, flexibility, strength training, and endurance.
TRX is a suspension trainer that stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX was created as a means for Navy Seals to train while on deployment. Suspension Training exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Its versatility offers a scalable fitness solution for beginner to advanced users. TRX is used by trainers, athletes, and all branches of the U.S. military.
