Raise the Bar
This is our mantra. As coaches, we hold ourselves and our members accountable to the highest standards. We also expect you to hold yourself and us to the highest standards. This won't come easy, but with practice, we'll keep raising the bar for each other higher and higher, quite literally even.
Our Approach
We train everyone like an athlete because we believe there's an athlete in everyone, even if you've never considered yourself athletic. We coach you to be an athlete, then we coach you to be a better athlete, and not just an athlete for a season, but an athlete for life.
Our Training Principles
Strength
Strength is the primary focus of our training. Everyone can and should be strong because strength has the most carryover of benefits in achieving any goal. Before you can look better, last longer, and perform better, you first have to be strong. Strength will increase your ability to work, make you more resilient and resistant to injury, and improve your overall health and longevity.
Movement
Form comes first and there is no compromise on form. We place an emphasis on functional movement, movement quality, mobility, and joint stability as we develop your skills and mechanics from basic to advanced movements. Once you master each movement, we get you to move more.
Mindset
To be fit, you'll have to do some things you don't always want to do. What the brain says, the body will follow, so everything can be achieved with the proper mindset. We not only build strong bodies but as important, we build strong minds and strong character. Gain the discipline, confidence, and positive attitude to excel in fitness, relationships, and careers.
Nutrition
We want to help you establish a better relationship with the food you eat because the reality is that nutrition is 80% of your fitness. Food is a major influencer of your mood and how your body functions to meet the demands of your daily activity. We will educate you on appropriate nutrition and reconnect you with eating better food.
Lifestyle
To live a fitness-forward lifestyle you have to develop exercise, sleep, and nutrition habits that actually fit your lifestyle and are enjoyable for you. We believe it is important to balance fitness, food, and fun in order to achieve results that are repeatable and sustainable enough to last a lifetime.
